You will be competing for prizes as a team against other teams. Your team includes everyone from your
company who has registered for EveryONE.
This is important; a few challenges require participation from ALL team members.
Earn points by completing challenges, such as checking in for the day, answering polls, participating in
icebreakers, engaging in Q&A, attending sessions, and more. Some challenges are awarded for achievements
like having the most points for the day or reaching a set point level.
These challenges are listed in the gamification hub. Here you will find the challenge list, leaderboard,
featured links, prize list, and our personal favorite—the Space Runner game. Make sure to explore the
different areas of this gamification hub, as some challenges are located here.
The challenge list shows the number of points each challenge is worth, which challenges need to be
completed, and which challenges your team has already finished. Since the number of attendees for each
company is unlimited, all challenges can only be completed once per team. This ensures that no team will
receive an advantage from having a higher number of attendees. Some challenges will require EVERY member of
your team to complete an action to receive credit for the challenge.
On the right, the leaderboard shows a live ranking board of the top-performing teams. Check the leaderboard
often to see who the top-placing teams are and who is in the lead to win prizes. Under the leaderboard you
will find the prize area with a list of the prizes you will be able to choose from if you win. Prizes will
be awarded to the top 5 teams at the conclusion of the Summit. Winning teams will pick prizes in the order
they finish, with each team allowed a maximum of 8 prizes.
To win, you're going to need everyone on your team to pitch in. By working closely with your teammates, you
could win some great prizes. Who will finish in first place? Will it be you?
